Rules For Short Films Empty

1. Must be shorter than 30 minutes (or 30 mins exactly)
2. Has to be longer than 1 Minute
3. Has to be a film not a Music Video (Actors speak, scripted etc for the majority of it, unless it's a silent themed movie)
